2023 Maude Pinot Noir
Maude’s Pinot Noir blends fruit from five Central Otago sub-regions, each adding unique character. Traditionally fermented in open tanks with hand plunging, indigenous yeasts, and whole bunches for complexity. After skin contact and pressing, it matures in French oak, yielding a dark, complex wine with black fruits, violets, and wild thyme.

2022 Clos Ostler Pinot Gris
The 2022 Ostler Pinot Gris was fermented half in stainless steel to retain purity and aromatics, the remaining was fermented in oak barrels, 12% being new, with extended lees stirring to provide complexity, richness and texture on the palate.
